Description of Service

FutKui provides the following services for sports teams and clubs:

• Image and media sharing capabilities
• Sports club creation and management tools
• Team member management and invitations
• Message reactions and interactive features
• Secure authentication through magic codes

User Accounts and Authentication

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Magic code authentication must be kept confidential
• You may not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Team communication and coordination
• Sharing sports-related content and updates
• Organizing team events and activities
• Building positive team culture and camaraderie
• Following applicable sports organization rules

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing objectionable content including:
  • Violent or threatening content
  • Pornographic or inappropriate sexual content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Content promoting racism, religious intolerance, sexism, or discrimination based on sexual orientation
  • Other illegal or harmful content
• Abusive behavior such as:
  • Spamming or excessive messaging
  • Harassment or bullying of other members
  • Fraud or deceptive practices
  • Creating multiple fake accounts or impersonation
• Sharing private team information without permission
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service

Team Admin Responsibilities

Sports club administrators have additional responsibilities:

• Moderation: Monitor team communications for appropriate content
• Member Management: Properly manage team memberships and permissions
• Youth Protection: Ensure appropriate supervision for teams with minors
• Compliance: Follow applicable sports organization policies and regulations
• Reporting: Report violations of these terms to FutKui support

Content and Media

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you share on FutKui
• You grant FutKui license to store, display, and transmit your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to shared content
• Content must comply with applicable laws and these terms

Image and Media Guidelines

• Images should be sports-related and appropriate for team sharing
• Respect privacy of individuals in photos
• Obtain necessary permissions for photos of minors
• Do not share copyrighted material without authorization

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, use, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

• FutKui and its features are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
• Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
• We respect others' intellectual property and expect the same from users

Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may modify features or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Termination

User Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app
• You may leave team groups or delete groups you administer
• Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy

Service Termination

• Account blocking and deletion rights: FutKui reserves the full right to block, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates these terms
• Serious violations (such as sharing objectionable content or abusive behavior) may result in immediate account termination without prior notice
• For minor violations, we will provide warnings or reasonable notice when possible
• FutKui's decision to block/delete accounts is final and irreversible
• You remain responsible for any violations prior to termination

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is": FutKui is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User Content: We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between team members.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication
• Team conflicts should first be addressed by team administrators
• Serious issues may be escalated to FutKui support
• Legal disputes will be governed by applicable local laws

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of FutKui after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
